<p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting HomeServe's strategic initiatives by analyzing business needs and translating them into actionable requirements. This position is essential for ensuring that business processes align with organizational goals and optimize efficiency by gathering, documenting, and analyzing stakeholder input and requirements to support key decision-making processes.</p> <p>In this role, the Business Analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders and project teams to identify business challenges and opportunities. Responsibilities involve conducting data analysis, facilitating requirements gathering sessions, developing business cases, facilitating/governing user acceptance testing and assisting in the implementation of business process improvements.
