<p>Job Title: Senior Analyst</p> <p>Location: SBC Corporation</p> <p>Department Name: Integration & OE</p> <p>Req #: 0000212113</p> <p>Status: Salaried</p> <p>Shift: Day</p> <p>Pay Range: $68,724.00 - $97,073.00 per year</p> <p>Pay Transparency:</p> <p>The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.</p> <p>The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Senior Analyst, HR Digital & Analytics, will be instrumental in advancing RWJBH's HR digital capabilities and analytical maturity.</p> <p>This role will support the development of the HR digital strategy, explore cutting-edge technologies like AI, and build advanced talent analytics capabilities.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Digital Strategy Support: Research and analyze emerging HR technologies, supporting the Director in building a comprehensive five-year HR digital strategy and roadmap for system transitions. </li><li>AI & Automation Exploration: Identify potential use cases for AI and automation within HR eg. knowledge management, MSP optimization and assist in piloting or implementing solutions </li><li>Advanced Analytics Development: Design, develop, and maintain advanced talent analytics models and dashboards to provide deeper insights into workforce trends, talent pipelines, and organizational performance </li><li>Data Integration & Governance: Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure data quality, integrity, and seamless integration across various HR systems </li><li>Reporting & Insights: Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for HR leaders and business partners </li><li>Research & Benchmarking: Conduct research on best practices in HR digital transformation, AI in HR, and advanced analytics, bringing external perspectives to the COE </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related technical field </li><li>3-5+ years of experience in HR technology, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role </li><li>Strong proficiency with data visualization tools eg. Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel, and ideally SQL or other programming languages eg. Python, R </li><li>Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems and an understanding of HR data structures </li><li>Familiarity with AI/Machine Learning concepts and their application in HR is highly desirable </li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills </li><li>Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences </li></ul> <p>Interested in learning more about our IT&S team?
