Your commitment to incredible service will help create a pharmacy environment that is both welcoming and impactful.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Provide counseling on prescriptions, relay pertinent information for customers to be confidence with at-home use of medication </li><li>Accurately perform all necessary steps of workflow and efficiently to ensure customers receive error-free products </li><li>Continuously strive for efficiency and seek improvement opportunities </li><li>Identify barriers to achieve goals, and escalate issues when appropriate </li><li>Comply with all federal, state, and HIPAA regulations; ensure company guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures are followed </li><li>Verify potential licensing in any state Wegmans does business </li><li>Keep current on company wellness initiatives and ensure consistency and execution </li><li>Travel as required based on business needs </li></ul> <p>Required Certifications</p> <ul> <li>Pharmacist State License-APhA-American Pharmacists Association </li><li>Certified Pharmacist Immunizer-AphA-American Pharmacists Association </li></ul> <p>Required Education</p> <ul> <li>Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) </li></ul>
