<p>The Bayshore is seeking an experienced and empathetic Business Operations Director to lead our Accounting/Billing and HR Functions with warmth, precision, and purpose. This role is ideal for someone who values both operational efficiency and genuine human connection-someone who thrives on supporting teams, creating smooth systems, and ensuring that everyone feels seen and supported.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead the day-to-day operations of the Business Office with professionalism and heart. </li><li>Support staff and residents through thoughtful communication and timely follow-through. </li><li>Oversee billing, budgets, payroll, and records with strong attention to detail. </li><li>Partner across departments to improve processes and foster a positive workplace culture. </li><li>Model empathy, integrity, and accountability in all interactions. </li><li>Leads community recruiting and retention efforts, hosting and organizing community orientation program </li><li>Supervise the Front Desk Concierge staff (two or more full-time/equivalent receptionists and /or concierges). </li><li>Carry out supervisory responsibilities and give thoughtful coaching and feedback to ensure all staff members are following our philosphy of hospitality. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in office or operations management (senior living, hospitality, or healthcare is a plus). </li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; emotionally intelligent leadership style. </li><li>Strong organizational abilities and comfort with budgeting, reporting, and compliance. </li><li>A collaborative mindset and commitment to making a meaningful difference in people's lives. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>At The Bayshore, we believe that operational excellence begins with compassion.
