<p>Job Description</p> <p>Job Overview</p> <p>The EHS Systems Specialist supports the development, implementation, and optimization of the EHS Management System across DP global operations. This role ensures accurate data management, reporting compliance, system configuration, and user support to drive safety performance and continuous improvement. The Specialist collaborates closely with EHS leaders, site managers, and operational teams to maintain system integrity, enhance usability, and support regulatory and corporate requirements.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain and administer the company's EHS and Training management systems, including user access, workflows, and data quality.</p> </li><li> <p>Support incident reporting, investigation workflows, corrective actions, and document control within the EHS platform.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor system performance and ensure accurate data entry, audits, and compliance with EHS policies and regulatory standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Generate and distribute EHS performance reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership review.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide training, technical support, and troubleshooting to system users at all levels of the organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in the development, rollout, and continuous improvement of EHS&T processes, training modules, and SOPs.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with IT and EHS leadership to implement system updates, enhancements, integrations, and testing.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation in accordance with internal and external requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure consistent application of global and regional EHS&T standards across operational sites.</p> </li><li> <p>Support audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions by preparing required documentation and system data.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates with the Vendor account manager for update and system maintenance</p> </li><li> <p>Other reasonable duties may be assigned as required.</p> </li></ul> <p>Key Skills & Competencies</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong understanding of EHS programs, compliance, and reporting requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency with EHS and/or Learning Management Systems (e.g., Intelex, ISN, Bridge, Safety Culture, EHSInsight Avetta, or similar).</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce clear, actionable reports.</p> </li><li> <p>High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, recordkeeping, and system auditing.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and user support.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to diagnose system issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to streamline workflows and enhance system usability.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools (preferred).</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).</p> </li><li> <p>Experience:</p> </li><li> <p>2-5 years of experience supporting EHS, training, or compliance systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with EHS regulatory requirements (OSHA, MSHA, EPA, ISO standards).</p> </li><li> <p>System administration experience in LMS or EHS software strongly preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Certifications such as OSHA 30, CHST, CET, or similar are an asset.</p> </li><li> <p>Languages:</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in English (verbal and written) required to support documentation, reporting, and system communication.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate technical and compliance information clearly across diverse teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Additional language skills considered an asset (e.g., Spanish, German, or Mandarin Chinese) for supporting multilingual workforce environments.</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation, Benefits and Perks</p> <p>Talented people are attracted to companies with long-term success and a supportive workplace culture that encourages work-life balance.
