By investing in our team, we ensure they can deliver the best service to our customers, build enduring relationships, and contribute to the prosperity of the community.</p> <p>Job Overview</p> <p>As a Bank Operations Specialist - Entry, you will provide outstanding service to customers and bank staff by telephone, assisting with deposit activity and guiding staff and customers on bank policies and procedures.</p> <p>Work Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM </li><li>Occasional Saturdays </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Cross-trained in all duties within the Bank Operations department and fill in as needed. </li><li>Support the Operations and Technology Division, Retail Banking, and corporate goals. </li><li>Perform all duties in compliance with internal procedures and local, state, and federal guidelines. </li><li>Complete tasks timely and accurately as outlined in the Bank Operations manual. </li><li>Handle a predetermined number of secondary functions daily as assigned by the Bank Operations Manager. </li><li>Maintain a high level of job performance to achieve departmental goals. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma required </li><li>Two years of banking or bank operations experience preferred </li><li>Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with staff and customers, in person and by phone </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer use </li><li>Flexible to work varied hours, including occasional evenings or weekends </li><li>Bilingual skills are a plus </li></ul>
