<p>Hadco Construction is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our mainline and development crews. This position is responsible for operating loaders safely and efficiently to support excavation, grading, and utility installation on residential and commercial development projects.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Operate loaders to move, load, and distribute material on development and mainline projects </li><li>Support excavation and utility crews with backfilling, trenching, and material handling </li><li>Perform daily equipment inspections, greasing, fueling, and basic maintenance </li><li>Work closely with foremen and crews to complete tasks safely and on schedule </li><li>Follow project plans, grades, and directions to maintain accuracy and efficiency </li><li>Comply with OSHA and company safety policies at all times </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years of loader operating experience in heavy civil or site development </li><li>Knowledge of excavation, grading, and utility support operations </li><li>Ability to read grades and follow directions from supervisors </li><li>Dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused </li><li>Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen </li><li>CDL preferred but not required </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands & Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li>Frequent climbing on/off equipment, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Work in outdoor environments, including exposure to dirt, dust, noise, and weather conditions </li><li>Regular operation of heavy equipment around active crews and utilities </li></ul>
