We rely on our talented and dedicated team members to provide reliable products with personalized service.</p> <p>We are seeking a Concrete Form Setter, County Materials in Green Bay, WI.</p> <p>This position involves a series of tasks and demands pertaining to the manufacturing of concrete pipe box structures.</p> <p>Starting Wage $23.00+/hour based on qualifications/skills.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Build, form, and cast concrete structures according to product plans. </li><li>Perform a combination of the following duties: overhead crane, placing mold sections and aluminum box forms, placing reinforcement according to design </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Work in indoor conditions </li><li>Work near moving machinery and equipment </li><li>Work in a noisy environment </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Carrying / Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds frequently </li><li>Carrying / Lifting > 40 Pounds occasionally </li><li>Standing / Walking / Climbing </li><li>Squatting / Crouching / Kneeling / Bending </li><li>Pushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder </li></ul> <p>Experience & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of commonly used industry concepts, practices, and procedures preferred </li><li>Proficiency in using carpentry tools such as saws, hammers, drills, and measuring devices </li><li>Strong understanding of construction blueprints and technical drawings </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team </li><li>Safety-minded when performing tasks </li><li>Ability and willingness to learn </li><li>Experience as a Formwork Carpenter or similar role desired </li></ul>
