Responsible for a variety of clerical duties, including scheduling, data entry and compliance management of patient medical records, that support the overall operations of the PPT nursing unit, as well as, the optimal delivery of care within the health system. Routinely engaged in identifying, elevating and providing alternative solutions to challenges to appropriate personnel. Provides timely information to decision-making personnel.</p> <p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.
