Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast, arts lover, or entertainment seeker, our community has something for everyone.</p> <p>Work Experience</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of Master Degree in the Science of Nursing. </li><li>Current APRN license or endorsement permit. </li><li>Completion of APRN protocols within first 90 days of employment, and maintain bi-annual renewal updates. </li><li>Must hold current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card prior to start date and maintain. </li><li>Participation in a minimum of one professional conference and completion of a minimum of 15 continuing education units per year. </li><li>Demonstrates strength in leadership, multitasking, autonomy, entrepreneurial and public relation skills. </li><li>Must be able to pass colorblind testing to perform POC test requiring color change. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p> <ul> <li>Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform clinical tasks. </li><li>Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 times daily. </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds 6 times daily. </li><li>Must be able to pass colorblind test in order to perform those point-of-care tests requiring color change. </li></ul> <p>MENTAL DEMANDS:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work in stressful, public contact environment with patients and families of various ages, cultures and socio-economic statuses. </li><li>Must be extremely flexible and able to work at variable hours and locations. </li><li>Must be able to recognize own limits and consult a physician regarding patient care issues. </li><li>Oversees clinical involvement of support associates and volunteers during daily clinic operations. </li><li>Participates in clinical experience of students. </li><li>Must be courteous and helpful, treating all people with dignity and respect. </li><li>Must be able to concentrate on multiple priority activities. </li><li>Must be able to respond efficiently to emergency situations. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>ABOUT HEALTH FIRST</p> <p>At Health First, diversity and inclusion are essential for our continued growth and evolution.
