View Attachment</p> <p>Additional Job Information</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Clinical Coordinator. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of clinical sites for our students. The ideal candidate will excel in contract management, negotiation, and communication with agency representatives, while also ensuring students meet all clinical requirements and are always in compliance with.</p> <p>Description of Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee and maintain clinical site operations, including managing contracts and agreements with agency representatives. </li><li>Attend meetings to negotiate clinical site availability, schedules, and terms for student placements. </li><li>Ensure students meet all clinical requirements, including clearance paperwork, CPR certification, and other necessary documentation. </li><li>Coordinate with faculty to confirm clinical site assignments and student readiness. </li><li>Act as a liaison between the organization and clinical site representatives to foster strong partnerships. </li><li>Monitor compliance with organizational and regulatory standards for clinical placements. </li><li>Be able to provide CPR instruction as needed to ensure compliance. </li><li>Report to CTE health occupations content specialist and PTC directors. </li><li>Collect and maintain clinical training documents to ensure compliance 100% of the time. </li><li>Perform site visits to ensure clinical compliance of instructor and students. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. </li><li>Experience in contract management and working with external agencies. </li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty and external partners. </li><li>Familiar with technology databases used to organize and manage files/spreadsheets </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of regulatory requirements for clinical placements preferred </li><li>Familiarity with clinical education requirements and processes preferred </li></ul> <p>The School Board of Pinellas County, Florida, prohibits any and all forms of discrimination and harassment based on race, color, sex, religion, national origin, marital status, age, sexual orientation or disability in any of its programs, services or activities.</p> <p>Pinellas County Schools is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p> <p>Candidates may be screened by position, required documents,</p> <p>and or specific needs of the job.
