<p>Work Flexibility: Onsite</p> <p>1st Shift: Monday - Friday 3am - 1:30pm</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <p>Perform visual inspection, and utilize inspection tools to ensure quality and consistency</p> <p>Engage in continuous improvement activities such as exposing problems, collecting data to solve problems, and suggesting improvement ideas</p> <p>Perform dimensional lay-out inspection on in-house and vended manufactured product</p> <p>Perform Autonomous Maintenance on equipment, including cleaning equipment and workstation</p> <p>Understand and follow all policies and procedures related to GMP/QMS/SOP</p> <p>Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends</p> <p>What you need:</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> <p>Manufacturing Experience</p> <p>Experience using standard inspection tools (i.e., calipers, micrometers, height gages and comparator)</p> <p>Prior foundry, investment casting and/or quality experience</p> <p>Travel Percentage: 0%</p> <p>Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
