As a Converting Operator - Tier One, you'll play an essential role in operating converting machinery safely and efficiently while producing high-quality packaging products in a collaborative environment.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Operate converting machines with a focus on safety and product quality</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct physical and visual inspections to ensure materials meet quality standards</p> </li><li> <p>Perform quality audits and accurately record any defects</p> </li><li> <p>Meet or exceed daily production performance targets</p> </li><li> <p>Label, pack, and palletize finished goods for shipment</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain required production materials and supplies to minimize downtime</p> </li><li> <p>Input production data accurately and promptly</p> </li><li> <p>Follow housekeeping and 5S standards</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate effectively with the previous and following shifts to ensure smooth transitions</p> </li><li> <p>Assist and support fellow team members as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</p> </li><li> <p>Basic computer and math skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and twist as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Able to be on your feet for extended periods</p> </li><li> <p>Reliable transportation and dependable attendance</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to work overtime as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Three years of consistent work history preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>Apply now to join a company that values your contribution, promotes from within, and supports your professional growth.
