Develop and automate infrastructure and workflows, aligned with best practices and operational goals, to streamline software delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Application and Platform Engineering, to ensure smooth and frequent software delivery and improve software performance and health. Monitor system performance and work with cross-functional teams to incorporate incident feedback into future updates. Ensure compliance and effectiveness in software delivery and operational standards.</p> <p>Education and Occupational Experience:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.</p> <p>Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:</p> <p>Experience must include four (4) years involving each of the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Python, Dotnet, C and C++;</p> </li><li> <p>SAP Cloud operations and Process Improvements;</p> </li><li> <p>Infrastructure Automation and Infrastructure as a code, including Terraform;</p> </li><li> <p>Cloud Platforms operations and administration, including AWS, Azure and GCP Clouds;</p> </li><li> <p>Micro Services Deployment, Testing and Troubleshooting;</p> </li><li> <p>Continuous Integration and Delivery Pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes Administration;</p> </li><li> <p>Unix/Shell Scripting;</p> </li><li> <p>Database Operation, including SQL, HANA, Postgress and Cassandra;</p> </li><li> <p>SaaS solutions including Apigee, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis and EntraID;</p> </li><li> <p>Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning;</p> </li><li> <p>Incident and Problem Management; and</p> </li><li> <p>Agile, Project, and Performance management.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel: N/A.</p> <p>This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in the</p>
