<p>The Financial Planning and Analysis Leader (FP&A leader) leads the monthly financial statement preparation and analysis, as well as the annual budgeting process.</p> <p>The FP&A leader will:</p> <ul> <li>Leads all monthly financial statement preparation and prepares timely and accurate analyses of month-end financial reports for the executive team </li><li>Directs and leads the budget planning process </li><li>Develops financial models to evaluate changes to policies/processes and benefits </li><li>Supports CFO with financial analysis of partners and competitors including summarizing quarterly earnings calls and 990s </li><li>Assists controller with data gathering for the external annual audit and 990 tax return preparation </li><li>Ensures accounting policies and procedures are documented, enforced and up to date </li><li>Assesses current accounting operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new processes as required </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. </li><li>8+ years relevant work experience in Accounting, including experience with Financial Planning & Analysis </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in using various Microsoft Office applications including excel and PowerBI </li><li>Demonstrated ability to: </li><li>Interface effectively with all levels of management and communicate effectively with internal and external customers </li><li>Work within a team environment as well as independently </li><li>Manage time & priorities and work well under pressure </li></ul> <p>We offer:</p> <ul> <li>A highly competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and supplemental insurance </li><li>401(k) with employer contribution and match </li><li>Generous paid time off (PTO) - up to 5 weeks in your first year! </li><li>Opportunities to participate in recreational activities such as Battle of the Businesses, special events such as Kings Island Day, Dayton Air Show and opportunities to give back. </li><li>Opportunities to join various employee committees </li></ul>
