<p>Duties & Responsibilities</p> <p>Type of Role: Individual contributor, experienced</p> <p>Area of Responsibility and Purview: Deliver on standards of care for Private Wealth Management clients</p> <p>Role Specific Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Ensures the highest standards of care for family client relationships served by advisory practices </li><li>Coordinates all client-related activities of the advisory practice, ranging from client meetings and proactive client outreaches </li></ul> <p>Function Specific Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the advisory team "quarterback", driving important touchpoints of engagement throughout each client's journey </li><li>Ensure all minimum standards of care are achieved across client relationships assigned </li><li>Responsible for establishing the client engagement plan, and maintaining schedule of client meetings and proactive touch points </li><li>Drive and manage advice team preparation and follow-up activities for client meetings </li><li>Manage the proactive outreach to clients by advisors, trust officers, portfolio managers and financial planners </li><li>Ensure clients have a positive service experience that always exceeds their expectations </li><li>Build and maintain client relationships aimed to drive increased client retention and engagement </li><li>Maintain and update Salesforce CRM for all client activities and events </li><li>Understand the client's overall needs and help identify value-added engagement activities that Private Wealth can provide </li><li>Ensure adherence to corporate policy, operational policy, and regulatory guidance </li><li>Manage client event requests and event planning </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>MINIMUM:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in relevant field or combination of education and experience that provides and equivalent background </li><li>3+ years of applicable experience within Financial Services </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated client service experience within a wealth management institution </li><li>Knowledge of Personal Trust, Custody, and Investment Management service offerings </li></ul> <p>Knowledge & Skills</p> <p>MINIMUM:</p> <p>Job Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills </li><li>Systems thinking and complex problem solving </li><li>Attention to detail, yet ability to grasp big picture </li><li>Highly organized and can effectively multi-task </li><li>Understanding of financial services client service best practices and a knack for generating "wow" moments for clients </li><li>Able to balance a client experience mindset when managing and controlling business risks </li><li>Ability to work independently, collaborating with others to accomplish client objectives </li><li>Ability to adapt to changing information and business needs </li><li>Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate complex and detailed information </li><li>Analytical problem solver with the ability to think creatively </li><li>Organize and prioritize activities to ensure completion within established deadlines </li><li>Exceptional written communication </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Type: Office Centric (60% In Office) </li><li>Location: Various Private Wealth Office Locations </li></ul> <p>Compensation Range:</p> <p>$44,790.00 - $86,510.00</p> <p>The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB's standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
