Services include: group therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, psycho-education, discharge planning and coordinating with community, government and/or other behavioral health agencies for aftercare services.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <p>Under the direct supervision of a board approved supervisor, this position will provide therapeutic and case management services, including:</p> <ul> <li>Adheres to respective Board mandated professional development and CEU requirements needed to maintain active provisional licensure </li><li>Demonstrates screening and assessment skills needed to obtain essential information from patients, their families, or collateral sources to develop person-centered care and discharge plans </li><li>Documents and communicates key information needed to collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary treatment team to develop individualized and developmentally appropriate care and discharge plans. Provides rational for prioritization and/or deferment of problems </li><li>Displays proficiency in providing therapeutic interventions to families, individuals, and groups. Offer specialized treatment interventions such as sexual offender therapy, play therapy, EMDR, or other if certified/credentialed to do so </li></ul> <p>Shift Length (in hours):</p> <p>8 hours</p> <p># Shifts/Week:</p> <p>5</p> <p>Overtime Required:</p> <p>? Often ? n/a (exempt position)</p> <p>Other Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Displays proficiency in clinical documentation to include development of care plan goals, objectives, and intervention strategies </li><li>Adheres to all clinical documentation requirements in an accurate and timely manner </li><li>Maintains compliance with all company policies, procedures and standards of conduct </li><li>Complies with HIPAA privacy and security requirements to maintain confidentiality at all times </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Additional Job Description:</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in a behavioral health or human services related field (required) </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Two (2) years of clinical experience in a behavioral health or human service setting (preferred) </li></ul> <p>Licensure:</p> <ul> <li>Licensure and Certifications Current certification as a Clinical Social Worker (CSW), Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA), Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC), in the state of KY required within 45 days of hire (required) </li></ul> <p>Certification:</p> <ul> <li>Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) (required) </li><li>Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training and perform CPI techniques (required) </li></ul>
