Specific activities may change from time to time.</p> <ol> <li> <p>Promote Agile principles to ensure that Agile Team deliverables are met.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate Agile Release Train and Agile Team Ceremonies/Events.</p> </li><li> <p>Navigate the organization to remove impediments on behalf of the team.</p> </li><li> <p>Coach and mentor teams in Agile best practices</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for ensuring Truist Agile Framework and methodologies are appropriately followed with the Agile Release Train and teams</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot, solve, or consult on, problems and recommend appropriate action.</p> </li><li> <p>May take on several components of an initiative or a complex component of an initiative.</p> </li><li> <p>Assess Agile Release Train and Team performance and maturity including creation of metric dashboards.</p> </li><li> <p>Clear and transparent communication is crucial to ensure all team members and stakeholders understand the status, goals, and obstacles of the Team(s)</p> </li></ol> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.?
