Typically, at this level they work with two or more teams at a time, under broad supervision and little instruction. Delivery focused team leader. As Servant-Leader they Serves to facilitate Agile teams to be self-managed and self-organized by ensuring the Truist Agile Framework, Agile Principles and Best Practices are followed. They are committed to the Agile Principles, methodology, and best practices-and are flexible and open to opportunities for teams to improve their workflow and maturity.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.</p> <ol> <li> <p>Promote Agile principles to ensure that Agile Team deliverables are met.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate Agile Release Train and Agile Team Ceremonies/Events.</p> </li><li> <p>Navigate the organization to remove impediments on behalf of the team.</p> </li><li> <p>Coach and mentor teams in Agile best practices</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for ensuring Truist Agile Framework and methodologies are appropriately followed with the Agile Release Train and teams</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot, solve, or consult on, problems and recommend appropriate action.</p> </li><li> <p>May take on several components of an initiative or a complex component of an initiative.</p> </li><li> <p>Assess Agile Release Train and Team performance and maturity including creation of metric dashboards.</p> </li><li> <p>Clear and transparent communication is crucial to ensure all team members and stakeholders understand the status, goals, and obstacles of the Team(s)</p> </li></ol> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.? Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <p>Bachelor degree and 5+ years' professional experience, for example: at least two+ years in a delivery role (developer, tester, architect, BA, business owner, etc.)</p> <p>2.?Prior experience in a Scrum Master role</p> <p>3.?Two+ years of experience working on or with Agile teams</p> <p>4.?Communicate effectively with team members, management and product owners/managers</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ol> <li> <p>College Degree in Computer Science, Math or related field of study</p> </li><li> <p>SAFe Scrum Master Certification or Certified Scrum Manager or other industry recognized Scrum Master certification</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in Rally</p> </li><li> <p>Technical background can be beneficial to better understand the technical challenges faced by the team.</p> </li></ol> <p>OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS</p> <p>Sitting</p> <p>Constantly (More than 50% of the time)</p> <p>Standing</p> <p>Frequently (25% - 50% of the time)</p> <p>Walking</p> <p>Frequently (25% - 50% of the time)</p> <p>Visual / Audio / Speaking</p> <p>Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.</p> <p>Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding</p> <p>Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.</p> <p>Availability</p> <p>Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.</p> <p>Travel</p> <p>Minimal and up to 10%</p> <p>General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
