This role focuses on delivering Trade & Working Capital Finance solutions to mid- and large-cap clients, leveraging industry expertise and a consultative approach to meet client needs.</p> <p>Trade & Working Capital (T&WC) is a strategic growth business within Payments. The line of business structures and executes both Core Trade and Structured Working Capital solutions for clients. Products/Structures include Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, Sales Finance, Inventory Finance, Export Agency Finance, Letters of Credit, Trade Loans, and Bills of Exchange / Promissory Notes.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Originate and execute Trade & Working Capital Finance transactions for Diversified Industrials clients </li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CFOs, Treasurers, and Heads of Procurement </li><li>Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions across supply chain finance, receivables finance, and other working capital products </li><li>Collaborate with product, credit, and coverage teams to structure and close complex transactions </li><li>Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic account planning </li><li>Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to inform client strategy </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree </li><li>5+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, or product origination within Trade & Working Capital Finance or related banking areas </li><li>Deep understanding of the Diversified Industrials sector and its working capital needs </li><li>Proven track record of delivering results in a client-facing role </li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills </li></ul>
