This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.</p> <p>What you will do</p> <p>The Supply Chain Finance team is involved in managing the financial aspects of a company's supply chain, which includes the processes involved in sourcing, producing, and delivering products or services to customers. This includes managing costs, mitigating risk, and optimizing performance across the entire supply chain. Supply chain finance professionals typically work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that financial considerations are integrated into supply chain decision-making processes. They analyze data and report on supply chain performance metrics, develop financial strategies, and implement plans to realize cost-saving opportunities. Overall, supply chain finance plays a critical role in ensuring that a company's supply chain operates efficiently and effectively.</p> <p>Role Overview:</p> <p>The Senior Finance Manager, NA Procurement is a high-impact leadership role with direct ownership of ~$1.3-1.4Bn spend. As a core member of the Regional Procurement Leadership Team, this role serves as a strategic partner to NA Operations and Global Category leaders, driving value creation, risk mitigation, and supplier spend optimization. With visibility across global procurement and External Manufacturing Make finance, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead complex decision-making, shape procurement strategies, and influence regional P&L performance in partnership with other supply chain finance pillar leads. Leading a remote team of 6, this role reports to the Senior Director of Procurement Finance and plays a critical part in enabling cost, cash and compliance excellence across the region.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Act as a strategic finance partner to Procurement, driving spend optimization through data-driven insights and pre-negotiation influence </li><li>Shape supplier agreements to align with business value creation and long-term financial goals </li><li>Lead inflation and market forces analytics, enabling proactive mitigation and sourcing strategies </li><li>Deliver robust planning, budgeting, and annual standard cost setting with a focus on stretch targets and clear year-over-year impact </li><li>Champion compliance, continuous process improvement, and industry benchmarking to unlock efficiencies </li><li>Empower decision-making across Procurement and External Manufacturing Make through end-to-end financial transparency and scenario modeling </li><li>Build and develop a high-performing, remote team, while contributing to global finance leadership forums </li></ul> <p>What we are looking for</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certifications (CPA, CMA) strongly preferred </li><li>7 years of progressive finance experience with a strong track record in business partnering-ideally within fast-moving consumer goods or supply chain environments </li><li>Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex, matrixed organizations </li><li>Strong strategic thinking, financial modeling and operational planning capabilities </li><li>Demonstrated leadership in driving change, process improvement and innovation </li><li>Agile mindset with a bias for action-comfortable challenging the status quo and leading through ambiguity </li><li>Excellent communication and storytelling skills with an ability to translate data into business insights </li><li>Proficient in SAP, OneStream, and BI/data analytics tools </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Well-rounded and hands-on experience in supply chain finance, procurement finance, M&A, treasury, audit or similar finance roles </li><li>Exposure to advanced analytics, digital finance tools and automation technologies </li></ul> <p>What's In It For You</p> <ul> <li>Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850.
