The Financial Representative, focused on Time Collection, performs multiple audits on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.</p> <p>Other responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Auditing Timesheets for accuracy of hours, projects and pay types. </li><li>Auditing for employee signatures and approvals prior to processing for Compliance and Policy restrictions. </li><li>Providing accurate, friendly and professional customer service to employees working in multiple states. </li><li>Providing guidance to HR business partners on State Labor Laws and timelines for payouts. </li><li>Opening and closing customer cases in a timely and concise manner. </li><li>Testing new programs and processes as needed, updating desk top procedures as programs change. </li></ul> <p>Required Education, Experience, & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Typically a High School Diploma and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience </li><li>2 years Timekeeping experience or equivalent experience with a relevant timekeeping, payroll, or HR processing system </li><li>Knowledge of Excel is a key skill requirement </li><li>Knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint etc. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills</p> <ul> <li>3 years Timekeeping experience with Deltek or a comparable system </li><li>General knowledge of state labor laws </li></ul> <p>Pay Information</p> <p>Full-Time Salary Range: $39630 - $63408</p> <p>Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
