<p>Description</p> <p>This is a multi-faceted leadership role requiring a strong background in Profit & Loss management, Safety and DOT compliance, personnel management, employee training and development, operations, sales, and customer service. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of location performance, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and achievement of financial goals. This role also plays a key part in growing the business, requiring comfort and confidence in developing new customer relationships and driving sales.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage all aspects of the location, with full accountability for growth, EBITDA, safety, and overall financial performance. </li><li>Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and actively developing new business through sales efforts. </li><li>Drive a culture focused on safety, teamwork, continuous learning, growth, and engagement. </li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing customer needs, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. </li><li>Oversee daily operations, including service and delivery functions, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. </li><li>Provide leadership, direction, and support to team members, promoting productivity and accountability. </li><li>Plan, schedule, and lead regular safety meetings and training. </li><li>Maintain oversight of facility operations, including building and office upkeep. </li><li>Review, audit, and approve invoices to ensure accuracy and proper authorization. </li><li>Monitor and report daily propane inventory levels to ensure operational readiness and supply management. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Prior management experience or 3-5 years of industry experience preferred. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. </li><li>Strong understanding of safety standards and DOT compliance requirements. </li><li>Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. </li><li>Proficiency with computer systems and operational software. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. </li><li>Propane industry experience required. </li><li>Will be required to obtain Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements </li></ul> <p>Excellent benefits package to include medical, optical, dental, disability, and life insurance, holiday, vacation, paid personal leave, 401K, and profit sharing.</p> <p>Equal Employment Opportunity</p>
