Store Managers create outstanding shopping environments, while focusing on key performance metrics, marketing/promotional activities, merchandising and inventory management, and community stewardship. Be part of it!</p> <p>No two days are the same, but you can expect to:</p> <ul> <li>Support and execute in-store promotional activities with a high level of engagement and oversight on promotions and merchandising direction </li><li>Be a Servant Leader by interviewing, hiring, orientating, and training new associates. Serve as a role model, mentor and resource.
