<p>Location: Marysville, OH. (At Industrial Ceramic Products a Division of Allied Mineral Products)</p> <p>Shift: Mon - Fri 7am - 3:30pm or 3:30pm - 12am</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Understand and operate basic machine functions </li><li>Operate automated and semiautomated equipment </li><li>Change materials and demold parts in fast paced production environment </li><li>Assemble and disassemble production dies and tools </li><li>Gauge production according to customer specifications </li><li>Detail/sand production parts for functionality </li><li>Load and unload production parts </li><li>Responsible for completing daily assignments to meet customer demands for production </li><li>Assists in the training of any new employees as needed </li><li>Assists in maintaining an orderly plant layout - cleans and organizes areas as necessary. </li></ul> <p>This job description illustrates the types of duties performed in this job. Because job content may change from time to time, the Company reserves the right to add and/or delete tasks from this job at any time.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years old. </li><li>Must have High school diploma, GED or equivalent. </li><li>Dependable and able to maintain the attendance required to perform the job. </li><li>Ability to read, write, comprehend and fully understand: SOPs, SDSs, labeling, safety and health regulations, and procedures within the job, this job group and the plant. </li><li>Ability to understand basic mathematics skills (i.e. adding and subtracting) </li><li>Ability to identify defective production parts </li><li>Ability to operate and read a scale </li><li>Ability to read a tape measure </li></ul> <p>Working Environment</p> <ul> <li>Environment can be dusty and dirty. </li><li>Work area is in a hot and/or cold environment. </li><li>Required to wear respirator, safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift and carry 55 pounds occasionally </li><li>Must be able to qualify for and wear a respirator. </li><li>Prolonged periods working on feet and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping. </li><li>The job requires lifting, pulling, pushing, turning, stacking, standing, and operating a foot pedal. </li></ul> <p>Allied Mineral Products offers competitive wages, health, dental, STD, LTD, ESOP retirement plan and profit sharing.
