<p>Job Type: Full Time</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Assist the Marketing Director in the implementation of the overall marketing program.</p> <p>Manage and input data entry for prospective residents in Salesforce, C3LinC and Matrix 360/Marketing platforms.</p> <p>Respond to inquiries for information about Cypress Glen using Telephone Connection sheets. Utilize the "UP" system to distribute inquiries and appointments as directed.</p> <p>Maintain pending sales files and future residency program files.</p> <p>Assist in coordinating the waitlist and admission process for each applicant from receipt of application through move-in.</p> <p>Handle all mailings as directed.</p> <p>Maintain an adequate supply of assembled brochures and ancillary marketing materials.</p> <p>Help maintain an attractive marketing environment to give the best First Impression to prospective families, residents, and guests.</p> <p>Assist the Marketing Director and Marketing Associate in scheduling appointments, arranging residences for prospective resident appointments, and future resident correspondence.</p> <p>Provide support for new resident move-in activities.</p> <p>Participate in staff meetings and training opportunities at the direction of the Marketing Director.</p> <p>Meet with prospective buyers and walk-in visitors to provide limited information and/or a brief community tour, at the direction of the Marketing Director.</p> <p>Assist with planning and implementing special events and meetings.</p> <p>Adhere to Corporate Compliance as stated in the Standards of Conduct.</p> <p>Adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding the Protected Health Information (PHI) of the residents and employees.</p> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>College Degree (Preferred) or minimum of two years experience in a related field.
