<p>H&H Management Group, LLC is looking for someone responsible for leading overall operations for 6 stores (going on 7 and more), including recruiting, onboarding, training, management development, following all food safety/health requirements and ensuring great guest experience.</p> <p>Responsibilities Include:</p> <p>Team Environment</p> <ul> <li>Hire, train and develop store managers </li><li>Communicate job expectations to store managers </li><li>Plan, monitor, appraise and review their managers job performance </li><li>Provide coaching and feedback; disciplines when appropriate </li></ul> <p>Operational Excellence</p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop operational strategy for multiple stores </li><li>Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant </li><li>Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals </li><li>Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws </li><li>Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed </li><li>Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards </li><li>Complete audits and implement plans to drive system improvements </li></ul> <p>Profitability</p> <ul> <li>Control costs to help maximize profitability </li><li>Ensure all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner </li><li>Ensure all new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling </li><li>Set sales goals and track results </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Salary ($65,000 - $85,000) + Bonus </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>Health Insurance Benefits </li><li>401k Matching </li></ul> <p>Skills/Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience managing multiple restaurants with proven success </li><li>Fluent in English </li><li>Knowledge of financial management </li><li>Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience </li><li>At least 18 years of age </li><li>High School diploma, or equivalent </li><li>Must have anytime availability and work all shifts </li></ul>
