<p>Job Title: Warehouse Associate</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday, Second Shift 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM</p> <p>Facility location: Chester, CT</p> <p>Summary: Performs all warehousing functions required to fulfill warehousing and distribution operations at a facility.</p> <ul> <li>Applies simple and some intermediate skills to perform functions in the execution of existing procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment to the position within assigned area </li><li>Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels </li><li>Able to prioritize work according to established guidelines </li><li>Adapts to changing priorities to meet customer demands </li><li>Simple computer literacy </li><li>Receives and processes delivery and storage of all parts from received from divisional receipts, vendor receipts, subcontractor receipts, and small package receipts </li><li>Assist in maintaining the proper storage of parts </li><li>Uses RF Scanner device (barcode reader) to pull products from warehouse </li><li>Uses proper packing materials and methods to move parts </li><li>Transports kits to the assembly area as directed </li><li>Maintains kit holding area </li><li>Works with scales, calculators, and other devices to make sure production counts are accurate </li><li>Operates WAVE and JLG lifts, electrical jacks, and other equipment used to move product </li><li>Will be on WAVE and JLG lift up to 20 feet in the air at times </li><li>May be trained to use forklift </li></ul> <p>Scope</p> <ul> <li>Entry-level job with little or no prior relevant experience </li><li>Work is prescribed and completed with close supervision and little autonomy </li></ul>
