As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Field Management Trainee. position is based on skill development toward a future management position. Training and skill development will be focused in the following areas: Parts, Service, Body Shop, Warranty, New and Used Truck Sales, and Dealership Administration functions.</p> <ul> <li>Follow assigned training schedule and timelines as outlined by management. </li><li>Focus on key skills necessary to understand and succeed in all assigned areas of the company. </li><li>Active and participative in all assigned areas; ability to handle multiple tasks. </li><li>Hands on during training. Skills and performance must be demonstrated before moving on to the next training phase. </li><li>Establishes and maintains a working relationship with MHC management team, vendors, and customers. </li><li>Attends vendor sponsored events as required (including evening or weekend assignments.) </li><li>Flexible to changes deemed necessary by management. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. </li></ul> <p>SAFETY-SENSITIVE</p> <p>This position has been designated as a safety-sensitive position.
