<p>The NA Serial Life & Purchasing Process Specialist supports the North American purchasing organization by ensuring effective execution of serial life activities and adherence to regional processes. This role focuses on day-to-day operational support, data analysis, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives that enable cost efficiency and process compliance throughout the product lifecycle.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the execution of regional process standardization initiatives aligned with global purchasing strategies and compliance requirements </li><li>Serve as a key point of contact for serial life-related operational topics, coordinating with purchasing, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams </li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by documenting processes, identifying best practices, and supporting implementation of enhancements </li><li>Support training materials and knowledge-sharing initiatives across regional purchasing teams </li><li>Manage help desk requests related to serial life purchasing processes, ensuring timely resolution related to Purchase Order and Tooling Purchase Order placement </li><li>Assist with Vendor Tooling systems/processes including preparing training documentation along with timely issue resolution to facilitate payment to supplier partners </li><li>Lead for the Global Amortization Policy and Amortization Tracking process development, ensuring accurate execution, cross-functional alignment, and adherence to purchasing and financial governance requirements </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field </li><li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or process management roles, preferably within an OEM environment </li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights </li><li>Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities </li><li>Proficiency with procurement systems and data analysis tools </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree </li><li>Significant experience with PentaSAP </li></ul>
