<p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>Monday-Friday 8am-5pm</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>Responsible for supporting the recruiting initiative including advertising, posting job requisitions, and qualifying and interviewing applicants using the Rival Applicant Tracking System electronic applicant database system. Also, will assist the Talent Coordinator SME with reference and background checks, assessment testing, and orientation when needed.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Manages the recruiting process. Provide functional and technical expertise to end users for the appropriate usage of the Rival applicant tracking system, including customization, report design and generation, training, security and maintenance. Support system upgrades, enhancements and backups </li><li>Train and coach end users on the use of Rival. </li><li>Maintains the internal and external employment websites. </li><li>Customize, design, and develop timely and accurate reports using advanced query techniques for end users; provide analysis and interpretation of report data as required </li><li>Post open positions and handle the internal job application process; post open positions on college and technical career placement boards and assist with job fairs; post open positions on internet websites and newspapers </li><li>Maintain job requisition status </li><li>Coordinates and distributes resumes/employment applications and internal job applications to department managers for review, schedules interviews and tracks status in an electronic applicant database (Rival); ensures timely feedback from managers (initial and interview) </li><li>Sources, Interviews, screens, and recruits job applicants to fill entry-level, administrative, professional, and technical job openings </li><li>Maintains applicant tracking system and generates reports as needed </li><li>Maintains HRIS database and compiles reports from the ADP database </li><li>Maintains job descriptions and updates as necessary; creates new job descriptions as necessary; posts job descriptions in "MS Teams" and Rival Job Library/Job Requisition </li><li>Updates Intranet and Internet (Rival) changes as required relevant to Company Policies (i.e., benefits, HR forms, Employee Handbook, etc.) </li><li>Send "No Thank You" letters to candidates interviewed but not selected for positions </li><li>Performs other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned. </li><li>May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned </li></ul> <p>METRICS:</p> <p>Project and demand oriented as defined by the objectives outlined in the monthly reviews and measured based on consistently meeting objectives, completion on time, accuracy and neatness of work, etc.</p> <p>Specific Metrics Include:</p> <ul> <li>All applicants must receive a response within 2 days </li><li>All resumes must be reviewed and distributed to managers within 2 days </li><li>Must schedule interviews within 1 day after the manager expresses an interest </li><li>Must post all open positions within 1 day of receipt of requisition </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Must understand the recruiting/staffing/retention/termination cycle; ability to understand the Radwell International recruiting/staffing/retention/termination cycle </li><li>Strong computer skills; ability to learn and understand Radwell electronic applicant database systems. </li><li>The ability to research and analyze various types of data information. </li><li>Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively recruit to meet the goals of the company. </li><li>Ability to organize and prioritize work, good time management skills, and ability to multi-task. </li><li>Working knowledge of MS Teams a plus </li><li>Effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. </li><li>Strong data integrity skills. </li><li>Strong problem-resolution and analysis skills. </li><li>Strong attention to detail. </li><li>Organize and write procedures in a logical/methodical manner. </li><li>Able to work at a fast pace </li><li>Work well in a team environment. </li><li>Able to maintain confidential information </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>High school or equivalent preferred </li><li>Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, or business, or equivalent experience and education is preferred. 1-3 years experience in an ATS System or Rival Business Edition is required. </li></ul>
