<p>Senior Property Manager - HOA/Condominium Management</p> <p>Location: Lawrence, MA</p> <p>Salary: $88,000 - $90,000 per year</p> <p>Job Type: Full-Time</p> <p>We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee multiple HOA/Condominium communities. This role is perfect for a property management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and can expertly manage both operations and homeowner relations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary liaison for multiple HOA Boards, communicating via email, phone, and in-person meetings. </li><li>Conduct regular property site visits, inspect buildings/grounds, meet with contractors, and prepare detailed reports. </li><li>Oversee daily property operations, maintenance, and homeowner relations with a strong focus on organization and multitasking. </li><li>Respond to homeowner inquiries and complaints in a timely, professional manner. </li><li>Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital projects; solicit and manage bids from contractors. </li><li>Use a computerized maintenance management system for work orders and tracking. </li><li>Assist with preparing annual budgets and reviewing monthly financials with Boards. </li><li>Enforce all HOA rules and policies effectively and professionally. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of property management experience required (5+ years preferred). </li><li>Prior experience in HOA or condominium management strongly preferred. </li><li>Strong administrative and organizational skills. </li><li>Excellent customer service, communication, and phone etiquette. </li><li>Knowledge of building operations, property maintenance, and contractor coordination. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.). </li><li>Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required. </li><li>Associate degree preferred. </li></ul> <p>Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Monday-Friday </li><li>Weekends & holidays off </li><li>Occasional evening availability as needed </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>401(k) with company match </li><li>Health, vision, and life insurance </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Professional development opportunities </li><li>Half-day Fridays during the summer </li><li>Supportive environment with work-life balance </li></ul> <p>#ZIPDH</p> <p>BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
