<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>Position Purpose:</p> <p>Strategic leadership position overseeing the daily operations of Gastroenterology and Neurosciences physician practices across the region. Responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing workflows, managing budgets, and supporting clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Collaborates closely with senior leadership and providers to align practice performance with organizational goals. High-visibility role ideal for a results-driven leader with strong analytical skills, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Acts as a liaison between providers and the practice staff to ensure smooth operations focused on the patient.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides trending data and analysis to physician leadership to keep them informed of the provider's productivity and schedule density.</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable with working with all departments within the organization regarding cross-functional operational issues, implement changes and informs staff of updates.</p> </li><li> <p>Effectively delegates to ensure successful outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Interfaces with all departments within the organization regarding cross-functional operational issues. Implements changes and keeps staff informed with clear and concise communications</p> </li><li> <p>Directs and coordinates the operations of assigned practices including the administrative oversight and supervision of all clinical and administrative staff.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in business, management or health related field preferred. </li><li>Preferred experience: 10 years successful management experience in healthcare, physician practice preferred. Significant knowledge of administrative and operational issues related to physician groups, hospital and health systems. </li><li>Strong leadership and human resource, management, financial and problem solving skills required. </li><li>Thorough knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedure in the healthcare industry. </li><li>Thorough knowledge of practice operations. </li></ul> <p>Position Highlights and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Day Shift.
