As a Sales Director (Individual Contributor) for Teads, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of our platform to key agency and client accounts in the Detroit market.</p> <p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Helping develop a growing category and account list for Teads by prospecting and closing business with a targeted list of agency and advertiser accounts </li><li>Developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients </li><li>Working closely with internal teams and SME's to ensure a united vision when corresponding with clients </li><li>Representing Teads in the online marketplace and becoming an active Brand Advocate </li><li>Meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets </li><li>Meeting weekly activity targets (8-10 meetings per week) </li><li>Working closely with internal teams such as Account Management, Ad Ops, Data, Insights & Measurement, Teads Studio, and Publishing to ensure client opportunity expectations are strategic and focused and campaign expectations are clear, on time, and on budget </li><li>Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and operational excellence to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue at all times </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>5-8+ years of digital media sales, or 15+ years of agency, experience is required, ideally within mobile or video </li><li>Experience at a DSP, trading desk, agency or ad tech company required </li><li>Experience selling SaaS or self serve business solutions preferred </li><li>Deep relationships with Director and VP level and above contacts at top-tier agencies and advertisers </li><li>Highly active and visible within the Detroit Ad Community (member of Adcraft, 313 Digital, DAA, etc). </li><li>Expert within the automotive category. </li><li>Seasoned understanding of the digital video marketplace </li><li>Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced start up </li><li>Solution oriented thinker with ability to critically problem solve </li><li>Outstanding communication and presentation skills </li><li>Driven, passionate, and an ultimate team player </li><li>BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience </li></ul> <p>The on target earnings for this position is: $270,000 - $290,000 per year.</p> <p>Life at Teads</p> <p>At Teads, we don't just offer new roles - we blend creativity, technology, and data to shape the future of media.
