This role partners with hiring stakeholders to manage job descriptions, requisitions, interview scorecards, and KPIs while overseeing posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to identify top-tier candidates.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Strategic Recruitment Alignment: Collaborates with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals and workforce plans. </li><li>Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manages national and international recruitment from job posting to onboarding. </li><li>Talent Pipeline Development: Builds diverse candidate pipelines through networking, outreach, partnerships, and vendors. </li><li>Candidate Experience: Coordinates interviews, travel, and communications to ensure a seamless process for candidates and hiring teams. </li><li>ATS & Platform Management: Oversees ATS, career site, and recruiting platforms for efficient job posting and tracking. </li><li>Recruitment Analytics: Develops and reports on hiring metrics to guide strategy and planning. </li><li>Compliance & Policy: Ensures legal hiring practices and supports manager education and sponsorship programs. </li><li>Job Descriptions & Compensation: Writes and updates job descriptions; conducts market pay analysis for accurate postings. </li><li>Onboarding & Integration: Leads 30/60/90-day check-ins to support new hire engagement and retention. </li><li>Culture & HR Support: Champions company values, supports HR initiatives, and provides admin support as needed. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Service-Oriented Leadership: Prioritizes stakeholder needs, teamwork, and collaborative problem-solving in all interactions. </li><li>Strong Organizational Skills: Manages multiple projects simultaneously with effective planning, prioritization, and attention to detail. </li><li>Adaptability & Initiative: Thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrating flexibility, independent judgment, and proactive decision-making. </li><li>Effective Communication: Delivers clear, professional written and verbal communication across teams and organizational levels. </li><li>Composure & Professionalism: Maintains a calm, courteous, and resourceful demeanor under pressure, fostering a positive and respectful workplace. </li></ul> <p>Desired Hardware and Software Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Microsoft Excel Intermediate Level: familiar navigating and using basic functions and formulas. </li><li>Microsoft Suites Intermediate Level: professional usage of suites in an office setting </li><li>Experience reviewing and implementing Applicant Tracking Systems </li></ul> <p>Desired Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with 8+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment. </li><li>Recruitment Scope: Proven success recruiting for mid-level to executive roles across technical, operational, and corporate functions, with experience in high-volume seasonal hiring and international recruitment (Canada). </li><li>Strategic Leadership: Led nationwide recruitment initiatives, supporting multiple subsidiaries and employment programs. </li></ul>
