<p>Position Title: ERP Specialist - Malvern Corporate Office based</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>The ERP Business Process and Systems Specialist bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to design processes and implement supporting software. This role uses ERP expertise to assess needs, analyze data, and support implementation through collaboration, training, and ongoing improvement. The analyst also works with peers and leaders to evaluate current systems and align technology strategy with business goals.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with various teams to design and document scalable, standard processes for purchasing manufacturing, inventory management, distribution, sales, and accounting. </li><li>Spot gaps for process improvement and automation, recommending ERP solutions in line with Sage X3 standards. </li><li>Prepare and update process flows, specs, test cases, and user guides. </li></ul> <p>ERP Systems Support</p> <ul> <li>Configure and maintain Sage X3 modules and integrations. </li><li>Convert business needs into ERP specifications and coordinate with developers for customizations. </li><li>Address user requests, resolve issues, and liaise with internal teams or Sage X3 partners. </li><li>Adhere to change management procedures. </li></ul> <p>Implementation & Continuous Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Support ERP projects such as implementation, upgrades, validations, optimization, and automation. </li><li>Oversee functional testing, coordinate UAT, and train users. </li><li>Track system adoption and KPIs to drive improvements. </li><li>Recommend enhancements based on data and feedback. </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management</p> <ul> <li>Act as an effective link between business teams and IT or development resources. </li><li>Lead workshops, training programs, and meetings that involve multiple departments. </li><li>Assist in managing change initiatives to increase user acceptance of new processes, tools, and solutions, thereby enhancing system usage. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in information systems, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field-or an additional five years of relevant professional experience. </li></ul> <p>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of three years' Sage X3 implementation experience is required. </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of business processes and ERP data in at least two functional areas, including Purchasing, Manufacturing, Inventory Management (Finished Goods and Raw Materials), Sales, or Accounting. </li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. </li><li>Proficient in preparing comprehensive documentation, process maps, test scripts, and training materials. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical team members in-person and remote environments. </li><li>A user-focused perspective combined with strong business orientation. </li><li>Capable of working independently within a dynamic, multi-entity environment. </li><li>Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with flexibility required across North American time zones and a willingness to work additional hours as necessary. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Sage X3 implementation and/or advanced configuration. </li><li>Proficiency in MSSQL, to include basic querying, procedure, and job building </li><li>Proficiency with Power B </li><li>Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ITGC, SOX, and FSMA. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <p>Must be able to:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to carry and lift product inventory of up to 10 lbs. </li><li>Must have demonstrated ability to multitask in high pressure, changing conditions. </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions</p> <p>This position works in the home office or corporate office. The noise level in the work environment is quiet to moderate.</p> <p>Primary Location and Travel</p> <p>We anticipate that on an ongoing basis this role will be based in the Corporate Office with the ability to work from home one day a week after initial training is completed.
