<p>Capital Region Family Medicine is hiring a Practice Supervisor to join their team! This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills in answering patient inquiries, whether by telephone or in person, while maintaining high standards for patient service. Maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, professionalism and work well independently. Solid interpersonal skills to establish/maintain cooperative and productive relationships while providing quality service. Strong leadership, time management and employee relation skills.</p> <p>Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee, supervise and/or complete all aspects of day-to-day office operations including the coordination of all office tasks and duties, patient registration, telephone reception and triage, appointments, referrals, medical transcription, ordering of supplies, review of purchase orders and invoices, review of packing slips and forwarding of packing slips to purchasing clerk, and maintenance of equipment and instruments. </li><li>Prepare payroll accurately and in a timely fashion, in accordance with established Community Care procedures. </li><li>Oversee and complete preparation and accuracy of daily deposit and cash reconciliation report. </li><li>Identify issues that affect patient and staff satisfaction and develop an action plan to address and resolve problems to discuss with Site Medical Manager. </li><li>Coordinate employee work and PTO schedules to ensure appropriate staffing support for clinical and office coverage. </li><li>Help coordinate physician and non-physician provider work, CME and PTO schedules. </li><li>Create and ensure a working environment that protects patient confidentiality and the privacy of medical information. </li><li>Coordinate Site response to charts requested by third party payers for purposes of conducting audits. </li><li>Coordinate and facilitate communication through regular meetings with office staff and providers, and use of memos, email and/or postings. </li><li>Work with Site Medical Manager and Human Resources on employee relation issues, recruitment, benefits, corrective action and terminations, according to established Community Care procedures. </li><li>Prepare, document and discuss annual performance evaluations. </li><li>Work closely with Human Resources regarding recruitment, leaves, disabilities, resignations, documentation, etc. according to established procedures. </li><li>Understand and comply with all Community Care policies and procedures, including those pertaining to patient confidentiality, financial and regulatory compliance. </li><li>Make recommendations regarding operational efficiencies and cost-effectiveness for the Site and/or throughout Community Care. </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this opportunity and have the desired qualifications, please Apply Now!</p> <p>Annual salary range: $60,405.00 - $78,000.00</p> <p>CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills.
