<p>Senior Specialist - Business Analysis</p> <p>Job Title: Specialist - Business Analysis (PO-Sanctions) <</p> <p><</p> <p>Work Location- Edison, NJ<</p> <p><</p> <p>Job Description:<</p> <ul> <li>Conduct in-depth analysis of the existing FIS InvestOne platform, including functionalities, data structures, and integration points. </li></ul> <p>··Â      Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement to inform migration strategy.</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with internal teams (IT, Operations, Portfolio Accounting, Client Services) to gather requirements and input for the migration project.< </li><li>Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.< </li><li>Contribute to a comprehensive migration plan, including Data mapping and conversion strategies, Implementation timelines and Change management processes.< </li><li>Engage with business users and subject matter experts to document detailed requirements for the Eagle platform.< </li><li>Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.< </li><li>Collaborate with IT development teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.< </li><li>Assist in designing the target-state architecture for the investment accounting platform.< </li><li>Define test scenarios to validate data migration accuracy and platform functionality.< </li><li>Partner with QA teams to resolve issues and ensure system integrity.< </li></ul> <p>··Â      Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the migration and platform adoption.</p> <ul> <li>Ensure delivered features and functionalities provide measurable business value and operational efficiency.< </li><li>Communicate value outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.< </li><li>Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users.< </li><li>Support smooth adoption of the new platform across the organization.< </li><li>Assist project managers in tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies. </li></ul> <p>··Â      Provide regular progress updates and escalate potential roadblocks.</p> <p>Â</p> <p>Qualifications<</p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or certifications (CFA, CPA) preferred.< </li><li>Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner, Domain Consultant, or Business Analyst in financial services, with a focus on investment accounting and platform migrations.< </li></ul> <p>·      Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of investment accounting principles, data structures, and related systems.</p> <p>··Â      Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.< </li><li>Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools project collaboration tools (JIRA, Miro or similar)< </li><li>Preferred: Familiarity with Eagle Investment Accounting platform or similar systems Bridger .
