No waiting periods.</p> </li><li> <p>Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Life Insurance, Short and Long-term Disability</p> </li><li> <p>Retirement savings plan with employer match and contributions</p> </li><li> <p>Colleague Referral Program to earn cash and prizes</p> </li><li> <p>Unlimited career growth opportunities with one of the largest Catholic healthcare organizations in the country</p> </li><li> <p>Tuition Reimbursement</p> </li></ul> <p>Position Purpose:</p> <p>Directs and coordinates day-to-day operations in assigned areas of the pharmacy to meet the pharmaceutical needs of the patients and assists the Manager for the administration of all pharmaceutical services.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in business or science desirable</p> </li><li> <p>Licensed and Certified Pharmacy Technician</p> </li><li> <p>Two years previous supervisory experience in hospital pharmacy operations, or three years hospital pharmacy experience combined with professional leadership development</p> </li></ul> <p>What the Pharmacy Operations Manager will do:</p> <ul> <li>Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day activities in a designated pharmacy, within parameters delegated by the pharmacy Manager, to assure quality pharmaceutical products and services are delivered to patients. </li><li>Guides the work of subject matter experts and Leads in areas of responsibility, including core pharmacy operations of medication distribution, compounding, medication history, controlled substance dispensing and monitoring, and use of pharmacy technology and automation. </li><li>Audits and assures compliance with applicable standards and regulations, including: The Joint Commission, CMS Conditions of Participation, USP 795, USP 797, USP 800. </li><li>Maintains documentation and explains compliance with standards and regulations in areas of responsibility to surveyors and auditors. </li><li>Ensures that staff follow proper procedures to assure patients receive the correct drug therapy at the proper time and that appropriate legal records and requirements are maintained. </li><li>Assures availability and training of adequate and properly organized staff to deliver the best possible pharmacy services to patients. </li><li>Assures an adequate inventory of all pharmaceuticals and supplies. </li></ul> <p>Our Commitment</p> <p>Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
