<p>A successful F&I Manager at Neil Huffman Auto Group needs the product knowledge, professionalism, and empathy that customers look for today. Communication is extremely important in a business department as it contributes to team building with sales and the General Office.</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Sell finance and credit life, accident and health insurance to customers. </li><li>Establish business contacts with financial sources and factory credit divisions. </li><li>Coordinate approval from financial sources and factory credit divisions. </li><li>Provide sales incentives for finance and insurance. </li><li>Train salesperson to sell financing. </li><li>Establish finance forecasting in conjunction with sales department forecasting to achieve a desire percent of penetration.. </li><li>Prepare monthly penetration reports on finance penetration and submit to GM </li><li>Ensure correct title, lien information, taxes etc., on all transaction documents. </li><li>Oversee collection of finance and insurance fees. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>College Degree or commensurate experience in area of finance. </li><li>1 year minimum prior F & I experience. </li><li>Understanding of dealership finance and insurance procedures. </li><li>Familiarity with dealership computer system. </li><li>Excellent communication skills. </li><li>Excellent computer skills. </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>Excellent and competitive compensation.</p> <p>Medical insurance,</p> <p>401k plan</p> <p>PTO</p> <p>Vacation</p> <p>For more information please call Suada Humic at 502-736-7308</p>
