You will be leading the engineering team to create an evergreen innovative technology strategy that will keep us with differentiated acquisition products and to deliver on that strategy for our annual enrollment period (and throughout the year). You will need vast technology delivery experience, experience leading large engineering teams (mixture of associates and contractors) along with business strategy skills- healthcare knowledge is a plus.</p> <p>Required Experience:</p> <p>15+ years of experience</p> <ul> <li>Leading engineering teams to deliver Sales and/ or marketing platforms - Adobe or Salesforce is a strong plus </li><li>Across a variety of vended as well as custom built tools </li><li>Working with Agile and ideally Scrum </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience</p> <ul> <li>Detail oriented, manages risk and deliverable timelines </li><li>Clear and compelling in written and spoken communication, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage simultaneously competing priorities </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. </li><li>MBA Preferred </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>The typical pay range for this role is:</p> <p>$185,400.00 - $375,950.00</p> <p>This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.</p> <p>Our people fuel our future.
