<p>Executive Assistant - Customer Service & Planning and Digital Transformation & Productivity, Spain</p> <p>What do you become a part of:</p> <p>This role will be supporting two VP's in Customer Service & Planning and Digital Transformation & Productivity within Central Customer Services and Supply Chain.</p> <p>Responsible for providing a high quality of Executive Assistant support. This is a busy, challenging and complex position requiring the EA to be able to multi-task, prioritise requests and work to tight deadlines. Also involves working closely with other Executive Assistants within the business who are located across various countries.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for arranging and booking all travel on a frequent basis, ensuring transfers to and from airport /hotel, hotel arrangements </li><li>Reviewing on a daily basis the VP's schedule, meeting arrangements and ensuring meeting requests are dealt with promptly </li><li>Assisting with the planning and organisation of Customer Service & Planning team events </li><li>Organize and coordinate schedule of meetings and appointments for the VP </li><li>Ensure accurate and timely authorisation/process of invoices, expenses, holiday requests in appropriate systems </li><li>Create and submit expenses for approval on a monthly basis </li><li>Creation and management of Purchase Orders / CCEBUY </li></ul> <p>What we expect from you:</p> <ul> <li>Significant experience in an administrative role at Executive level and strong project management skills. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively, organize and plan your time efficiently, anticipate needs, and prioritize work to deadlines. </li><li>Ability to take initiative, willingness to adapt, ability to relate easily to others and your sense of confidentiality are critical success factors. </li><li>Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint </li><li>Attention to detail and problem solving skills </li><li>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
