<p>Overview</p> <p>Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)/Injury Prevention Specialist in Memphis, TN. This position is for a Certified Athletic Trainer, or Exercise Physiologist, required to be on-site providing injury prevention services at a large employer. Prevention Services include:</p> </li><li> <p>Assessment, triage, and first aid application for workplace injury/discomfort</p> </li><li> <p>Ergonomic risk assessment and implementation of ergonomic solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Design and implementation of functional assessments, preventative exercise and stretching</p> </li><li> <p>Job coaching and behavior modification both one-on-one and in group settings</p> </li><li> <p>Providing education and training on a wide range of injury prevention topics</p> </li><li> <p>Office ergonomics</p> </li><li> <p>Health and wellness consultation</p> </li><li> <p>Documentation and reporting on employee encounters</p> </li><li> <p>Regular communication with both client and Select leadership</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>BS Degree Required </li><li>National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA-BOC) Board of Certification </li><li>Eligible for state license </li><li>Minimum one year experience, industrial setting experience a plus </li><li>Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification </li><li>Position requires a strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions </li></ul> <p>Additional Data</p> <p>Select Medical is committed to having a workforce that reflects diversity at all levels and is an equal-opportunity employer.
