This role will focus on analyzing job functions, aligning those functions to appropriate system access levels, and documenting these mappings with accuracy and clarity. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical capabilities, advanced Excel proficiency, critical thinking skills, and the ability to follow structured direction.</p> <p>This work effort must be completed by year-end 2026.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and maintain system access matrices for assigned business lines.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze business job roles and align them to the correct access profiles.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with senior management and business partners to confirm requirements and validate role mappings.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize advanced Excel functions-including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP-to analyze data, compare access groups, and create structured outputs.</p> </li><li> <p>Apply strong technical skills, including proficiency with approved AI tools, to streamline work and enhance accuracy.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare clear, professional documentation in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</p> </li><li> <p>Independently identify, analyze, and resolve problems related to data inconsistencies, role mapping, or system access logic.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow detailed instructions and established procedures while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:</p> </li><li> <p>Formulas</p> </li><li> <p>Pivot tables</p> </li><li> <p>VLOOKUP</p> </li><li> <p>Strong technical aptitude and comfort using approved AI solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to follow structured direction and adapt to evolving project needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to interact confidently and effectively with senior management.</p> </li></ul>
