<p>Kforce has a client in Los Angeles, CA that is seeking a Analytics Engineer - Asset Management.</p> <p>Summary: The Analytics Engineer will contribute to the design, maintenance, and development of logical, relational, and dimensional data models across our data warehouse environment. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall data architecture, ensuring the effective design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our internal and enterprise data assets.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to assess current data architecture and develop future-state architectures that align with organizational goals </li><li>Lead discussions around business requirements, data needs, and technological capabilities to ensure that solutions meet both present and future needs </li><li>Analyze data to test theories and further the development of the data models </li><li>Prototype solutions in analytics tools to help user interact with and test solutions </li><li>Ensure that models are aligned with business requirements and that they can evolve with future data demands </li><li>Provide thought leadership on best practices in data modeling, and work to create scalable, efficient data models that support business objectives </li><li>Diagnose data issues, perform in-depth data analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions </li><li>Identify and analyze atypical data outcomes, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions </li><li>Develop strong partnerships with internal teams to uncover and define new data sources and structures that will support business growth </li><li>Ensure all data models, processes, and requirements are clearly documented and that timelines and milestones are properly established and adhered to* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or other relevant discipline </li><li>5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial services industry </li><li>Strong and proven oral and written communication skills </li><li>A team player who works well with functional and technical resources </li><li>Expertise in SQL, Python and analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik) </li><li>Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment, ensuring milestones and timelines are met </li><li>Solid understanding of information security and data privacy protocols, including compliance with data use and licensing agreements </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment and quickly learn new technologies </li><li>Experience in managing data governance, including the handling of PHI and ensuring compliance with organizational security policies </li><li>Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the asset management business and have a proven track record of collaborating with key stakeholders to establish both future and current state data architecture and experience in championing data solutions that align with business objectives </li></ul>
