<p>Who we are looking for</p> <p>A certified and execution-oriented Change Management Lead to manage and mature the change control lifecycle across our cybersecurity delivery portfolio. We need a self-starter who can quickly build structure, assess end-to-end change impacts, and own end-to-end delivery of an automated, audit-ready, transparent, and scalable change management tooling & process. You'll partner across delivery, risk, cybersecurity, and governance teams, with direct exposure to senior leadership.</p> <p>What you will be responsible for</p> <p>Change Management (75%)</p> <ul> <li>Design and mature a robust cybersecurity change management framework grounded in best practices (e.g., PROSCI) </li><li>Replace legacy tools (Excel, MS Forms) with streamlined workflows, automation tools (e.g. JIRA, AI) tools, and approval structures </li><li>Lead impact analysis of changes across timelines, KRI targets, risk posture, and stakeholder dependencies </li><li>Ensure all change documentation is audit-ready, traceable, and actionable </li><li>Collaborate across delivery, governance, and risk teams to streamline intake, escalation, and resolution </li><li>Build executive-level dashboards and reporting mechanisms for change tracking and leadership visibility </li><li>Continuously improve the change process to support scale, compliance, and operational agility </li></ul> <p>What we value</p> <p>These skills will help you succeed in this role</p> <ul> <li>Experience in regulated environments or cybersecurity programs a strong advantage </li><li>5-8 years of relevant experience in change management with direct exposure to building change management tooling, processes and ability to show meaningful impact. </li><li>PROSCI (or equivalent) certification highly preferred </li><li>Proven experience in implementing change frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and process governance </li><li>Demonstrated ability to quickly assess, design, and execute change control processes in complex environments </li><li>Strong understanding of how changes impact risk posture, program deadlines, and delivery metrics </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including PowerPoint and executive communication </li><li>Proficiency with tools like SharePoint, Excel, JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar </li><li>Self-directed, accountable, and operates with urgency - owns their work and drives it to completion </li></ul> <p>Education & Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related technical discipline </li><li>Background in cybersecurity, GRC, or enterprise Technology transformation program change management. </li><li>Understanding of financial business and products </li><li>Background in Risk and Controls, Enterprise Risk Management </li><li>Experience supporting large-scale portfolio or regulatory programs </li><li>Exposure to building Change Management Tooling using best in class tools including JIRA, PowerBI etc. </li></ul> <p>Are you the right candidate?
