The individual in this position will work closely with functional and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and execute core tasks throughout the software development life cycle process.</p> <p>What You Will Do at Graco</p> <p>Technical Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Execute all tasks throughout the software development life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and documentation </li><li>Design, develop and maintain customizations, extensions, and integrations in Oracle EBS using PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow and APIs. </li><li>Lead or contribute to the planning and execution of Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and cloud migrations </li><li>Monitor system performance, perform troubleshooting, and ensure application reliability and uptime </li><li>Participate in system architecture decisions and contribute to strategic planning and governance. </li><li>Ensure compliance with security, SOX, and other regulatory requirements. </li><li>Ensures all programming, design, production control, data validation and quality control standards are met. </li><li>Document technical designs, configuration changes, and standard operating procedures </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Partnership</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with functional teams and business users to translate business requirements into technical requirements and system specifications. </li><li>Proactively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to integrate Oracle EBS with other enterprise platforms (e.g., middleware, reporting tools, third-party systems). </li><li>Leads, directs, and works with team members to develop, maintain and improve critical internal and external applications </li></ul> <p>What You Will Bring to Graco</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field. </li><li>5+ years of overall IT experience with a strong background in enterprise application engineering. </li><li>3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (R12 or later) in a technical capacity. </li><li>Proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and EBS APIs. </li><li>Experience with Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Order Management, Inventory, and Procurement. </li><li>Experience with EBS integrations using tools such as Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, or other middleware platforms. </li><li>Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management processes. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills. </li><li>Ability to lead initiatives, mentor junior team members, and manage multiple priorities effectively. </li></ul> <p>Accelerators</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM and/or SCM) </li><li>Experience with hybrid cloud/on-premise architectures. </li><li>Familiarity with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), Autonomous Database, or related cloud technologies. </li><li>Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, Groovy, Python, Unix Shell Scripting </li><li>Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, FlexDeploy). </li></ul> <p>#LI-KE1</p> <p>At Graco, you truly make a difference. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.</p> <p>$93,800.00 - $164,200.00</p>
