<p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</p> <p>Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute comprehensive casino marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence while driving gaming revenue, profitability, and database growth through acquisitions, retention and reinvestment strategies. </li><li>Provide functional leadership as well as strategic support for marketing team, executive leadership, internal guests and vendors, including agencies. </li><li>Lead, mentor, and provide strategic support and direction to multi-disciplinary marketing organization, including but not limited to advertising, digital marketing, public relations, special events, player development, rewards club, database marketing and property programming. </li><li>Create and oversee budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and financial performance monitoring to optimize marketing investment and promotional effectiveness </li><li>Develop and optimize promotional calendars, offers, and incentive programs tied to property objectives. </li><li>Build and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and strategic partners. </li><li>Maintain a strong working partnership with Brand Marketing to ensure casino initiatives align with overall property positioning that reflect the brand's tone, standards, and long-term vision. </li><li>Ensure effective use of marketing technology platforms and systems to drive data-informed decision-making. </li><li>Oversee performance marketing across paid and organic channels, including social media, paid media, and CRM marketing. </li><li>Maintain development of technology to provide world-class guest experience. </li><li>Frequent communication with the operations team including F&B, retail, nightlife, HR, IT, other marketing areas and vendors. </li><li>Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and internal policies. </li><li>Represent the property at any public event as directed by management. </li><li>Devise or modify procedures to solve process problems that will result in more efficient productivity and higher caliber product. </li><li>Assess business objectives from operations teams and propose marketing solutions to help achieve them. </li><li>Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Function in depth knowledge and understanding of marketing and player development strategies. </li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and performance marketing. </li><li>Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical capabilities. </li><li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including a proven ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Proven expertise in the budgeting process, P&L and financial management of budgets. </li><li>Excellent communication skills both written and oral, with the ability to effectively present information to leadership, staff, and external partners. </li><li>Must possess interpersonal skills to deal effectively with business contacts and team members at all levels of the company. </li><li>Team orientation, basic influence and conflict management skills, and effective consulting and strategic skills </li><li>Strong organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exhibit professionalism while performing under pressure. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting constant deadlines and maintaining strong attention to details </li><li>Possess a strong attention to detail and engaging presentation skills. Has the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, staff, clients, and the public. </li><li>Excellent time management, problem solving and organizational skills are a must. </li><li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher, and Outlook. </li><li>Ability of complex reading, writing, math, and task completion skills is required. </li><li>Must have the following skills: clerical, compiling, coordination, analyzing, supervising, instructing, precision working, following instructions, influencing others, memorization, problem solving, independent judgment, and decision making. </li><li>Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate. </li><li>Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 10 years' Marketing leadership progressive experience or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. </li><li>Proven success managing VIP programs and high-value player portfolios. </li><li>Experience leading database marketing and CRM-driven campaigns. </li><li>Background in integrated resort environments preferred. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). </li></ul> <p>Certificate & Licenses</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to maintain appropriate Gaming License & Alcohol Awareness card. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demand</p> <ul> <li>While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly sitting, standing, walking, reaching overhead, bending over, occasionally crouching, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and balancing during the duration of their shift. </li><li>Must be able to push/pull and/or lift/carry 50lbs or less frequently and 25lbs or less occasionally. </li><li>The team member will constantly have repetitive use of their dominant hand, and frequent use of their non-dominant hand. Frequent light and firm/strong grasping motions will be required. Finger dexterity of both hands will be constantly required. </li><li>Constant use of vision abilities is required including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision. </li><li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Team Member will perform work face-to-face including verbal contact with others on extended shifts around computer equipment. </li><li>The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be quiet or loud at times. </li><li>Team member may be exposed to confined areas, vibrations, moving objects, and secondhand smoke. </li><li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. </li></ul>
