<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Core Principal Engineer in Saint Louis, MO.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design and lead end-to-end solution architecture for custom enterprise-level software products </li><li>Ensure alignment with enterprise standards including security, scalability, and observability </li><li>Lead and mentor development teams, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps </li><li>Translate business requirements into scalable, cloud-native software designs </li><li>Ensure delivery of high-quality software and adherence to design for the team you lead </li><li>Collaborate with offshore/nearshore teams to ensure consistent execution and communication </li><li>Partner closely with business users to understand product goals and translate them into technical solutions </li><li>Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences </li><li>Contribute to coding, testing, and documentation when needed </li><li>Use AI-assisted tools to enhance development efficiency and quality </li><li>Architect and implement integrations with platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics, and others using APIs and tools like Mulesoft or API Manager </li><li>Build and deploy solutions in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure* Expert level experience in full-stack cloud development, enterprise architecture, and solution design in the Microsoft stack (.NET, C#, Azure, etc.) </li><li>Extensive experience leading product development teams and managing offshore/nearshore resources </li><li>Specific experience with AWS Step Functions, Lambdas, and other AWS Cloud tools </li><li>Ideally, hands-on experience using AI tools to assist with code generation, testing, and documentation </li><li>Experience integrating enterprise systems using MuleSoft, API Manager, or similar tools </li><li>Demonstrated leadership in Cloud platforms (AWS), Frontend frameworks (Angular), Backend technologies (.NET, C#) </li><li>Expertise in Microservices, event-driven architecture, REST/GraphQL APIs, Kubernetes, and MACH architecture </li><li>Familiarity with observability tools and performance optimization strategies </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management </li><li>Product-oriented mindset with a focus on user experience and business value </li></ul>
