<p>Counselor - Partials 32 Hours Weekly</p> <p>Castle Partial Program</p> <p>Population: Children & Adolescents</p> <p>Monday - Friday/ Days</p> <p>1000 Atlantic Avenue Camden NJ 08030 (Virtua facility)</p> <p>Salary: $20-$22 per hour PLUS full benefits</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) </li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>Tuition reimbursement </li><li>Employee discounts on gym memberships, cell phone packages, hotels, rental cars, computers, amusement parks, theater tickets, and more! </li></ul> <p>MUST have a bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.</p> <p>Experience with children in behavioral & mental health.</p> <p>Provides for the direct care and management of patient population of a partial care treatment center.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains a therapeutic and safe environment for all patients </li><li>Facilitates regular therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforces the patient's treatment plan. </li><li>Provides observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context. </li><li>Accurately records daily patient progress in the medical record as well as completing other required paperwork. </li><li>Rides along with the van driver to transport patients to and from the program. </li><li>Maintains certification in Handle with Care behavior management system. </li><li>All other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>BA in Psychology, Social Work or related field required. </li></ul>
