<p>Description</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Manager of Warehouse Analytics leads a team focused on developing and delivering analytical tools, insights, and reporting that empower warehouse operations teams to measure performance, monitor operations and identify improvement opportunities. This role owns the governance and evolution of key performance indicators (KPIs), ensures data integrity across systems, and partners closely with operations and finance leaders to drive data-informed decision-making. Here, you'll be empowered to perform, grow, and engage through unmatched opportunities to develop your skills, gain real-world experience, and learn from the best in the business.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Analytics Development & Enablement: </li><li>Build and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and analytical models that support warehouse operations teams in identifying trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. </li><li>Ensure analytics are intuitive, actionable, and aligned with operational and financial priorities. </li><li>Identify opportunities to leverage AI and Machine Learning to reduce cost and improve warehouse efficiencies. </li><li>KPI Ownership & Performance Measurement: </li><li>Define, maintain, and evolve warehouse KPIs across all VS&Co DC's in partnership with operations and finance teams. </li><li>Ensure consistent reporting and interpretation of metrics across systems and stakeholders. </li><li>Data Governance & Quality: </li><li>Establish and uphold data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of warehouse data. </li><li>Collaborate with IT and business partners to maintain trusted data sources and definitions. </li><li>Cross-Functional Partnership: </li><li>Partner with warehouse operations to interpret data and uncover actionable insights. </li><li>Collaborate with Finance to align operational metrics with financial impact, support budgeting and forecasting, and validate cost-saving opportunities. </li><li>Technology & Tools: </li><li>Leverage MicroStrategy for BI reporting and visualization. </li><li>Integrate and analyze data from SAP ERP, PkMS WMS, Labor Management, Transportation Management, Kronos and other warehouse applications to provide a comprehensive view of warehouse performance. </li><li>Support automation and digital enablement initiatives through advanced analytics. </li><li>Team Leadership & Development: </li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse-focused analysts. </li><li>Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. </li></ul> <p>Click here for benefit details related to this position.</p> <p>Minimum Salary: $96,500.00</p> <p>Maximum Salary: $131,775.00</p> <p>VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred). </li><li>5+ years of experience in warehouse analytics, operations support, or supply chain data analysis. </li><li>Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy (or similar Business Intelligence platform), SAP ERP, and PkMS WMS. </li><li>Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data modeling. </li><li>Expertise with R, Python, and statistical programming for advanced analytics and modeling. </li><li>Experience presenting data, models, and analysis to warehouse leadership to support strategic and operational decisions. </li><li>Proven ability to translate data into insights that drive operational and financial decisions. </li><li>Proven leadership experience both developing people and delivering results. </li><li>Project management skills and demonstrated ability to leverage them to deliver results. </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. </li><li>Superior organization and attention to detail </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <p>Experience in Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with machine learning or AI applications in logistics. </li><li>Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and KPI lifecycle management. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>#LI-SM1</p> <p>We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
